True to my word, when I was in the market for a new car, I contacted you and, well, this story had a very happy ending. I cannot believe that my recent purchase of the Silver 2010 Kia Optima EX V-6 was really done, for the most part, over the phone. You, Charles Burd, Taylor Naquin and Molly Hennessey went above and beyond to ensure that this stressful life experience was a pleasant one for the nervous new car buyer. Everything seemed to flow very seamlessly, you were able to get me financed, and I purchased a beautiful new car from you on Seprember 30, 2010.
I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying this car. I truly enjoyed my 2004 Kia and received great service from it, but this new 2010 model is even more of a pleasure to drive. Kia really outdid themselves in designing this car. I love it, love it, love it!
Charles could not have done more or been more helpful. He is truly an asset to your sales team, and Molly made the financial part of a new car purchase less torturous than it usually is.
It was also nice to see Mike Lombardino while I was signing my life away on the paperwork, although he did startle me just a bit when he told me that there were some issues with the 2010 model's alarm system. He was, of course, just kidding. At least, I hope he was.
